چکیده
Liver fibrosis is the main pathological feature of various chronic liver diseases that can progress to cirrhosis. However, no effective treatment strategy for available. Phytic acid (PA) a natural plant compound found in cereals, legumes, and rapeseed. Currently, there are few reports on its relationship with fibrosis. Herein, we explored effects PA In this study, model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection CCl4 intragastric administration sodium phytate (100 mg/kg) or silymarin five times week. The could significantly increase content alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate (AST) serum induce damage cells, infiltration inflammatory factors, deposition collagen fibers tissue. Compared group, reduced AST ALT. Also, alleviated cell infiltration, area, hydroxyproline (Hyp) tissue, as well downregulated α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) I (Col-1). Mechanistically, PI3K, p-AKT, p-p65, p-IκBα tissue release cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6). conclusion, might ameliorate inhibiting NF-κB PI3K/AKT signaling pathways.

he Effects of Rosmarinic Acid on the Liver Fibrosis Induced by Non-alco-holic Steatohepatitis in Male Mice
Background and Objectives: Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) is a serious and increasing liver dis-ease, which develops into cirrhosis, fibrosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Rosmarinic Acid (RA) is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the role of RA on a mouse model of NASH-induced liver fibrosis. Methods: In this research, C57/BL6 mi...
متن کاملAdiponectin Agonist ADP355 Attenuates CCl4-Induced Liver Fibrosis in Mice
Liver fibrosis is a growing global health problem characterized by excess deposition of fibrillar collagen, and activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). Adiponectin is known to possess anti-fibrotic properties; however a high physiological concentration and multiple forms circulating in blood prohibit clinical use. Recently, an adiponectin-like small synthetic peptide agonist (ADP355: H-DAs...
متن کاملAnti-hepatofibrotic effect of ethyl acetate fraction of Bombax costatum Pellgr.EtVuillet stem bark against CCl4-induced liver fibrosis in mice
Background & Aim: Bombax costatum stem bark is traditionally used in treatment of liver diseases but the anti-hepatofibrotic effect of its ethyl acetate fraction has not been scientifically evaluated. This study aimed to evaluate the anti-hepatofibrotic effect of ethyl acetate fraction of B. costatum stem bark (EAB) against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced liver fibrosis in mice. Experimenta...
متن کاملProtective Effects of Royal Jelly on Oxymetholone- Induced Liver Injury in Mice
Background: The present study was carried out to investigate the possible protective effects of royal jelly (RJ) on oxymetholone (OXM)-induced oxidative liver injuries in mice. Methods: In total, 32 adult male NMRI mice were divided into four groups of eight mice each. Mice in groups 1 and 2 were orally administered 5 mg/kg/day OXM for 30 days. At the same time, mice in group 3 received RJ at a...

Purpose: To study the effect of allogenic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) transplantation on carbon tetrachloride-induced liver fibrosis in mice. Materials and Methods: Fifty five female NMRI mice were divided in 5 groups, and to induce liver fibrosis CCL4 intraperitonealy was injected 1ml/Kg twice a week for 8 weeks 106 allogenic BMMSCs were infused in cell therapy group via tail v...
